Park and meet at the large woodland car park, off-road turn-off from Beacon Road (opposite NT cottages) 250 metres in from the Ringshall B4506 junction, HP4 1NE.
Walk about 5.5 miles around the Ashridge Estate via Golden Valley, Coldharbour Farm and Berkhamsted Common. No steep gradients, no stiles, but possibly some muddy paths.
