Organised Walk – Downley, Buckinghamshire

April 24 @ 10:30 am - 1:00 pm

Meet at the Le de Spencers Arms, Downley HP13 5YQ. Use the car park if staying for lunch. A  5 mile walk around the Downley / Naphill area with hopefully a stretch of bluebell wood in flower. Organised Walk – Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire

Meet at Sainsbury's car park, Woodhall Farm, Shenley Road,  Hemel Hempstead HP2 7QH, where permission to park "at the top" - furthest from the store – will have been sought.  A 5 to 6 mile walk to the fringes of Redbourn, returning past The Aubreys - site of an Iron Age fort - and Revel End Farms. Ashridge Bluebell Walk & Pub Lunch

The National Trust Estate at Ashridge is one of the best places in the country to see bluebells in Spring. This gentle walk will take you through carpets of these beautiful wild flowers before finishing with delicious pub lunch at the Bridgewater Arms pub. The walk will be up to 5.5 miles over rolling countryside. Some sections of the paths and tracks may be muddy. Meeting Time – 9.45am for a 10am start. We should return around 1pm for lunch…

Organised Walk – Highmoor, Oxfordshire

May 1 @ 10:30 am - 1:00 pm

Meet and park near the old Dog and Duck pub at Highmoor RG9 5DL. We will be walking through several stretches of woodland where hopefully the bluebells will be blooming.  We will also pass by Greys Court belonging to the National Trust and walk through some of their woodlands.  The 4.7 mile walk is mainly flat with at least two stiles.  Dogs are welcome.  Lunch possibilities, besides the tea room at Greys Court, The Malsters Arms at Rotherfield Greys and…

Organised Walk – Chinnor, Oxfordshire

Meet at the Village Centre in Chinnor OX39 4DH . This 6 mile walk initially climbs up through the BBOWT Chinnor Hill Nature Reserve with great views across the Vale of Aylesbury, then down and across farmland with views back to the Chiltern escarpment.
