A subscription to OS Maps Premium gives you access to OS Explorer & Landranger maps for Great Britain and ‘Premium’ features. You can use OS Maps free with:
- Standard maps and mobile data
- The ‘Mobile Download’ key you get with a paper map

3 easy steps

Get the App
Download the OS Maps app free from your Android or Apple app store.
Create a user account on the App – you do not need to sign-up for a subscription.

Find a Walk
Search for walks on OSMaps.com. When you find a walk you like, ‘Favourite’ it.
Make sure you are signed-in so that your chosen route is sent to your phone.
You can also search in the App.

Follow the Route
Your chosen routes will appear under ‘Routes/Favourite Routes’.
Select route and go to the start point. Tap ‘Start Route’ to navigate along it on a map!
With the OS Maps App you know where you are at all times.
