    Opening times: 9.30am to 1pm, Tuesday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Please note that occasionally we may be closed during these times. If you wish to visit the office for any reason, please contact us in advance.

    Parking. There’s a large FREE car park at the White Hill Centre, but it can sometimes be very full. If you’d like to know what space there is, please contact us shortly before your visit. Otherwise, parking is also available at Waitrose, which is very nearby in The Backs (conditions apply).
