Organised Walks – Middle Assendon, Oxon

Meet and park in the lay-by on the B480, in Middle Assendon village (nr Henley), RG9 6AU. If booked for lunch at the Rainbow PH the pub car park can be used. A scenic undulating walk of around 5.5 miles with one stile and the main hill at the beginning. The route takes us along The Oxfordshire Way, down through woodland to Lower Assendon, up past a deer park, to join The Chiltern Way Extension, returning via Bix Common. There is a slightly shorter route for the Groovers.
