Meet at the free Recreation Ground Car Park at the junction of Hollybush Lane, Friendless Lane and Chapel Road, Flamstead, AL3 8DE (nearest).
a 5.8 mile undulating walk to the south west of the village exploring a mix of open farmland, ancient woodland and sunken lanes. May be muddy in places .No stiles. Total ascent 200ft. Several pubs in nearby Redbourn for lunch.
