Meet at Chalfont St Giles Blizzards Yard public car park, off the High Street, HP8 4QA (£2.50 for 4 hours)

A 5.8 mile walk with only 230 ft elevation heading out up and over farmland towards Amersham then dropping down to walk back along the Misbourne valley to Chalfont St Giles (the setting for Wormington-on-Sea in Dad’s Army). All the climb is in the first 2 miles then all downhill or flat. No stiles, may be muddy in places when wet, and some road walking along quiet lanes.
