Meet at the Royal Standard PH, Forty Green (nr Beaconsfield), HP9 1XT. Plenty of parking in the pub car park, book if staying for lunch.

A 5.4 mile walk with 490 ft of total elevation, starting from what is claimed to be England’s oldest pub, and heading up to the edge of Winchmore Hill then around to Penn Bottom and back to the start.
