Ivinghoe Beacon, Bucks/Herts

Meet at the large Ivinghoe Beacon car park situated on Beacon Road (nearest post code LU6 2EG), found on the right if coming from Ringshall, or at the top of the hill on the left if coming from the B489.

A 5 mile energetic walk that takes in 3 hills (total ascent 625 feet) including the Beacon with great views towards the Aylesbury plain and Whipsnade. No stiles. If sufficient demand for two groups, then a slightly longer walk for Movers.

Lunch options in nearby Aldbury or Little Gaddesden.
