On Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 October the carpark and picnic area at the Whiteleaf Hill Nature Reserve (Peters Lane, Princes Risborough HP27 0RP) will be closed.
The bridleway and all footpaths will remain open, with any disruption kept to a minimum so visitors can still enjoy the site, its nature and views.
The closure is for some filming and is supported by Buckinghamshire Council, who own the site, and has been planned in consultation with the Chiltern Society who manage the Reserve. We appreciate the closure may be an inconvenience for car users, but community users and nature lovers can be assured the filming taking place has been organised to keep disruption to a minimum and ensure that the carpark and picnic area is returned to normal and the surrounding nature is protected.
There is ample parking in Prince Risborough, with access by foot as normal from Peters Lane, by Whiteleaf Golf Club, and the Plough at Cadsden.
For any questions regarding the closure, please call the Chiltern Society on 01494 771250. Any questions on filming days, or while on site, should be directed to the BBC Location Supervising Location Manager on 07785 555863.
