We are delighted that our organised walks programme has recommenced. For bookings and full details, please see link.

All events will comply with government guidelines on Covid-19, applicable at the time.  If any Covid-19 outbreaks occur, or new restrictions are imposed, the event will be cancelled and a full refund given.

Organised Walks – Marsworth, Herts

Meet at Startops End car park (£1.50 for 3 hours), off the B489 Lower Icknield Way, Marsworth, nr. Tring, HP23 4LJ. Amersham and Surrounded Areas Guided Trail Run

You will be completing a 10 mile route that follows a scenic off-road loop that explores the southern section of the Heritage trail, highlights include Bottom Wood, Winchmore Hill and Hodgemore Woods. Chiltern Open Air Museum Private Tour (with focus on straw)

The Chiltern Open Air Museum is home to over 30 rescued historic buildings including a 1940s Prefab, Victorian Toll House, Blacksmith’s Forge, Iron Age Roundhouse and Victorian Farm.  It was founded by volunteers in 1976, and opened to the public in 1981. The Museum is a charity that rescues threatened historic buildings, which would otherwise be demolished, re-erects and preserves them in a traditional Chilterns landscape.
