Roald Dahl Guided Trail, Afternoon Tea and Museum Visit

February 24 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
£12.50 - £18.50

A family walk for all ages, exploring the charming Chilterns village of Great Missenden. See the places that inspired Roald Dahl and that feature in the stories, including Danny’s dad’s petrol pumps from Danny, the Champion of the World, Sophie’s ‘norphange’ from The BFG, and Matilda’s library. Stroll up picturesque Church Street and follow the BFG footsteps to Roald Dahl’s grave. Come back to the Museum Café for a scrumdiddlyumptious Afternoon Tea with sandwiches, homemade scones and sweet treats.

Your ticket includes entry to the Museum.  The guided trail will start at 2pm with afternoon tea at 3pm.  The museum closes at 5pm so feel free to look around the museum either before or after the walk and tea.
