Private Viewing of the Horse Trust – Its History, Horses & Cream Tea
SORRY – THIS EVENT IS NOW FULLY BOOKED
The Horse Trust, Home of Rest for Horses is set in 200 acres of beautiful Chiltern countryside between High Wycombe and Aylesbury. It is here that they care for over 140 retired and rescued horses, ponies and donkeys.
During this self-guided tour, you will be able to stroke the horses and read all about their stories. You will visit the working horses – from the Police and Military who have spent a lifetime serving our country or communities, to the ponies who have helped improve the lives of disabled or disadvantaged children. You will meet the rescued horses, ponies and donkeys who have found sanctuary at the Trust after suffering from cruelty or neglect.
You can also visit the museum and the WW1 exhibition where you will find out how they helped War Horses in World War 1.
A delicious cream tea, served in the Black Beauty Team Room is included in the price.
