Meet at the Whiteleaf Hill car park, (top of) Peter’s Lane, off A4010 at Monks Risborough, HP27 0RP (nearest).

Note: We understand that Peter’s Lane from the A4010 Aylesbury – Princes Risborough end is likely to be closed for tree work on the day of the walk, so if coming from that direction please allow extra time in case of diversions. The access from the top end of Peter’s Lane  (via Gt Hampden) should be fine, and the car park will be open.

A walk along the escarpment and then through the beech woods and fields between Whiteleaf and Chequers. Five miles and a total ascent of 720 feet with the longest single climb of 345 feet over a distance of half a mile.
