Nordic Walking is an enhancement of ordinary walking and uses poles to add major benefits to walking; the upper body muscles are used as well as the legs and the poles also help to propel the walker along – this means you work harder than usual yet the support given by the poles makes it feel easier! Whatever age, fitness level or goal, Nordic Walking is suitable, effective and fun. This taster session is designed to give you a taste of Nordic walking to see if you enjoy it. The special poles will be provided and please note you do not require National Trust membership to attend.Book Now
